Accessing the Magazine Subscription on Multiple Devices

The availability of your subscription on multiple devices depends on how you purchased it and the steps you followed during the registration process.

Purchasing Through the Mobile App:

If you purchased your subscription through our mobile app (available on iOS and Android), there are two possible scenarios:
  1. If you registered for an account after purchasing the subscription:
    1. You will have access to your subscription on both the mobile app and our web-based portal.
    2. To access the web-based portal, simply visit www.portal.pastryartsmag.com/account and log in using the email address and password you created when registering for your account.
    3. You can access the web-based portal from any device with an internet connection, such as your computer, tablet, or another mobile device.
  2. If you did not register for an account after purchasing the subscription:
    1. Your access to the subscription will be limited to the mobile device you used to make the purchase.
    2. To access your subscription on other devices, you will need to register for an account within the mobile app.
    3. Once you've registered, follow the steps outlined above to access the web-based portal and enjoy your subscription across multiple devices.
Purchasing Through the Website:

If you purchased your subscription directly through our website, you will have created an account during the purchase process. This means you can access your subscription on both the web-based portal and the mobile app:

  1. To access the web-based portal, visit www.portal.pastryartsmag.com/account and log in using your email address and password from signup.
  2. To access the mobile app, download it from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), and log in using your email address and password from signup.
