We strive to maintain a fair and transparent advertising environment for all our brand partners. To ensure clarity and consistency, our cancellation and refund policies are outlined in the insertion order that you sign when placing an advertisement with us.
Cancellations:
For cancellable ad products, you must submit a written cancellation request before the close date specified in your insertion order. The close date is the deadline by which all ad materials must be submitted and approved for publication.
To cancel your advertisement, please email your cancellation request to
sales@pastryartsmag.com, clearly stating your company name, the ad product you wish to cancel, and the reason for cancellation. Your cancellation request will only be considered executed once you have received written acknowledgement from Pastry Arts Magazine.
Please note that cancellations requested after the close date are subject to full payment for the reserved ad space, as stated in your insertion order. This policy ensures that we can effectively manage our advertising inventory and maintain a fair and stable environment for all our brand partners.
Non-Cancellable Ad Products:
Certain ad products are not eligible for cancellation due to their nature and the resources required to produce them. These non-cancellable ad products include:
- Sponsored Content
- Sponsored Columns
- Event Sponsorships; including, but not limited to the Pastry Arts Virtual Summit
- Podcast Sponsorships
- Social Media Campaigns
If you have placed an order for any of these ad products, you will be required to fulfill the terms of your insertion order, and cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds:
Pastry Arts Magazine does not issue refunds for any ad products after payment has been made to the Publisher. This policy applies to all ad products, regardless of the reason for cancellation or the timing of the cancellation request.
To avoid incurring charges for ad products you no longer require, please ensure that you review your advertising needs carefully before placing an order and submit any cancellation requests for cancellable ad products before the specified close dates.
