Advertising Payment Methods

We offer several convenient payment options to make the advertising process as seamless as possible for our brand partners. When you receive your advertising invoice, you will find the available payment methods based on your package price.

Credit Card Payments (for qualifying package prices): 

For advertising packages that fall within a certain price range, we offer the option to pay online using a credit card. If your package qualifies for this payment method, you will find a secure online payment link on your invoice.

We accept the following credit cards:

  2. Mastercard
  3. American Express
  4. Discover
To pay by credit card, simply click on the provided link in the invoice email and follow the instructions to enter your card details and complete the payment process.
 
ACH Bank Payments (for all package prices): 

Regardless of your advertising package price, we offer the option to pay via ACH (Automated Clearing House) bank transfer. This payment method allows you to securely transfer funds directly from your bank account to ours.

To pay by ACH, simply click on the provided link in the invoice email and follow the instructions to enter your necessary information from your bank account.

Check Payments (for all package prices): 

If you prefer to pay by check, please make your check payable to "Pastry Arts Magazine" and mail it to the following address:

To ensure proper credit, please include a copy of your invoice or write the invoice number on the memo line of your check.

Payment Terms and Deadlines: 

Unless otherwise specified in your advertising contract or insertion order, payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Please ensure that your payment is submitted in a timely manner to avoid any disruptions to your advertising campaign, additional fees, or changes in your future payment terms.
