Cancelling Your Magazine Subscription

If you wish to cancel your Pastry Arts Magazine subscription, please follow the instructions below based on your original purchase method. 

It's important to note that after canceling your subscription, you will lose access to all previously downloaded magazine issues once your current billing period ends, unless the downloaded magazine issues were saved locally on your electronic device.

Cancelling a Website Subscription:

If you purchased your subscription using PayPal, please refer to the PayPal cancellation instructions in step 4.
  1. Log in to your customer portal by visiting https://hub.pastryartsmag.com/p/login/3cscNa08G8II7pm7ss and entering the email address associated with your account and click "Send."
  2. Check your email inbox for a message from Pastry Arts Magazine containing a unique login link. Click on this link to access your customer portal. (If you don't see the email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.)
  3. Once logged in to your customer portal, click the "Cancel plan" button, and confirm by clicking "Cancel plan" once more. Select your cancellation reason (optional) if you’d like to provide feedback.
  4. If you purchased your subscription using PayPal, you must cancel the recurring payment within your PayPal account. Follow these steps:
    1. Log in to your PayPal account.
    2. Go to Settings, then click Payments.
    3. Click Manage automatic payments.
    4. Select Pastry Arts Magazine or Rennew Media as the merchant.
    5. Cancel the automatic payments.

Cancelling an App Store Subscription (iOS):

Please note that uninstalling the Pastry Arts Magazine app from your iOS device will not automatically cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancellation process outlined below.
  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Select the Pastry Arts Magazine subscription.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

Cancelling a Google Play Store Subscription (Android):
  1. Please note that uninstalling the Pastry Arts Magazine app from your Android device will not automatically cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancellation process outlined below.
  2. On your Android device, open the Google Play Store app.
  3. Tap the menu icon, then go to Subscriptions.
  4. Select the Pastry Arts Magazine subscription you wish to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.
