Refund Policy for the Magazine Subscription

Depending on your purchase method and payment type, there may (or may not) be a refund option available for the magazine subscription. Please see below for more information.

Website Purchases:

We do not offer refunds for new magazine subscription purchases due to providing immediate access to current and past issues. This policy ensures fairness for all subscribers and prevents abuse of our digital content.

If you are unsure about subscribing, we recommend purchasing a single issue first to explore our content. A list of all available issues can be found at www.pastryartsmag.com/issues. 

However, for subscription renewals payments for subscribers who originally purchased through our website, we offer a 3-day grace period from the date of the renewal, during which time you may request a refund. 

To request a refund for a renewal payment, please email support@pastryartsmag.com within 3 days of the renewal date, using the email address associated with your account. Include your name and the reason for your refund request.
Our customer support team will review your request and process the refund if it meets our criteria.

Mobile App Purchases (iOS and Android):

For new magazine subscriptions purchased through our mobile app on either iOS (Apple App Store) or Android (Google Play Store), and for their subsequent renewal payments, refunds are subject to the respective app store's refund policies and procedures.

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and would like to request a refund, please contact Apple or Google directly, as they handle all billing and refund processes for in-app purchases.
