Resetting Your Password (When You’ve Forgotten It) for the Magazine Subscription

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using either the Pastry Arts Magazine mobile app or the web-based portal.

To reset your password on the web-based portal:
  1. Go to the login page at www.portal.pastryartsmag.com/account.
  2. Click on the "Reset Password" link.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your Pastry Arts Magazine account.
  4. Click the "Reset Password" button.
  5. Check your email inbox for a message from Pastry Arts Magazine containing a unique password reset link. (If you don't see the email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.)
    1. Please note that this link will expire after 6 hours.
    2. If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes, double-check that you entered the correct email address associated with your account. You can find this email address on your receipt from when you purchased your subscription. Search your email with the words “Pastry Arts Magazine Receipt.”
  6. Click on the password reset link in the email. (You will be directed to a website with "magloft" or "pastryartsmag" in the URL.)
  7. Enter your new password in the designated field.
  8. Re-enter your new password in the password confirmation field.
  9. Click the "Change Password" button to save your new password.
  10. If you are not redirected AND automatically logged into your account on the web-based portal, you can return to the web-based portal and log in using your new password. 
Please be aware that changing your password for the web-based portal will update your password in the mobile app. If you were previously logged in to the mobile app, you will be logged out and will need to log in again using your new password.

To reset your password on the mobile app:
  1. Open the Pastry Arts Magazine mobile app.
  2. Click on the account icon.
  3. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link.
  4. Enter the email address associated with your Pastry Arts Magazine account.
  5. Click the "Send" button.
  6. Check your email inbox for a message from Pastry Arts Magazine containing a unique password reset link. (If you don't see the email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.)
    1. Please note that this link will expire after 6 hours.
    2. If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes, double-check that you entered the correct email address associated with your account. You can find this email address on your receipt from when you purchased your subscription. Search your email with the words “Pastry Arts Magazine Receipt.”
  7. Click on the password reset link in the email. (You will be directed to a website with "magloft" or "pastryartsmag" in the URL.)
  8. Enter your new password in the designated field.
  9. Re-enter your new password in the password confirmation field.
  10. Click the "Change My Password" button to save your new password.
  11. Return to the mobile app and log in using your new password.
Please be aware that changing your password in the mobile app will also update your password for the web-based portal, and vice versa.
