Updating Your Payment Method for Magazine Subscription

If you need to update your payment method for your Pastry Arts Magazine subscription, please follow the instructions below based on your original purchase method.

Updating Payment for a Website Subscription (Non PayPal):
  1. Log in to your customer portal by visiting https://hub.pastryartsmag.com/p/login/3cscNa08G8II7pm7ss and entering the email address associated with your account and click “Send.”
  2. Check your email inbox for a message from Pastry Arts Magazine containing a unique login link. Click on this link to access your customer portal. (If you don't see the email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.)
  3. Once logged in to your customer portal, click "Add payment method" under the "Payment Methods" section.
  4. Enter your new payment information and click "Add."
Updating Payment for a Website Subscription (If PayPal was Payment Method):
If you purchased your subscription using PayPal and wish to update your payment method, you must do so within your PayPal account:
    1. Log in to your PayPal account.
    2. Go to your Wallet.
    3. Click on the card you want to update.
    4. Click "Update card" and enter the new information.
Updating Payment for an App Store Subscription (iOS):
Below, you will find instructions on how to update your payment method for your Pastry Arts Magazine subscription on both your iPhone or iPad and your Mac.
To update your payment method on your iPhone or iPad:
  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name, then tap "Payment & Shipping." You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Tap "Add Payment Method," enter the new payment information, then tap "Done."
  4. Tap "Edit," then tap the red delete button next to the old payment method and tap "Delete."
To update your payment method on your Mac:
  1. Open the App Store.

  4. Click "Add Payment," then enter the new payment method and click "Done."
  5. Click "Edit" next to the old payment method, then click "Remove Payment Method."
Updating Payment for a Google Play Store Subscription (Android):
  1. Go to play.google.com.
  2. At the top right, click your profile icon.
  3. Select "Payments & Subscriptions," then "Payment Methods."
  4. Select "Edit Payment Method" under the payment method you want to edit.
  5. Make your updates and click "Update."
